We process personal data provided directly by the user through the contact form on this website. Specifically:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Content of the message sent
The submission of special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR, or data relating to minors, is not required. We therefore ask users not to include such information in the contact form.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests — legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to communications received and managing relationships with users, clients or potential clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Managing requests relating to the services offered — where the request concerns the possible provision of services, legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing personal data is optional, but necessary in order to receive and manage the request submitted through the contact form.
